Do you offer same day print?
Yes. Approve your artwork before 12:00 Monday–Friday and we print the same day. After 12:00 we switch to next day production, still shipped overnight.
What fabrics are supported?
Our transfers stick to cotton, poly, blends, heavy fleece, tech tees, nylon and stretch fabrics with the recommended heat press settings.
What is the minimum line thickness and how fine can you go?
Keep detail at 0.35 mm or thicker and text at 2.5 mm high. Finer lines can print, but durability is best above these thresholds.
How accurate is colour reproduction?
We run a colour-managed workflow with ICC profiles tuned for our DTF inks, curing and film. Supply Pantone references for spot-matching and we proof them on press when needed.
Can you help with reorders?
Absolutely. Save your job in the gang sheet builder or reference your previous order number. We archive jobs for 12 months for instant reprint.
How do I press on nylon and stretch fabrics?
Use our nylon preset: 135°C, medium pressure, 10 seconds plus a 5 second post-press with a Teflon sheet. Stretch fabrics prefer 140°C for 12 seconds at medium pressure and a cool peel.
What are the washing and care instructions?
Wash inside out at 40°C, avoid high heat tumble drying, and never iron directly over the transfer. With this routine the transfer lasts the garment’s lifetime.
Which file types can I upload and do you resize them?
Upload AI, PDF, SVG, PNG or PSD files. Resize within the builder using live dimensions so you stay in control of the final size.
What delivery times should Highlands and Islands expect?
We dispatch with priority couriers to the Highlands and Islands. Same day print leaves us overnight and typically lands within 48 hours, weather permitting.
Do you charge for artwork errors?
If there’s an artwork issue that affects the print we pause production and contact you before charging. Production errors on our side are reprinted immediately at no cost.
Do you offer white-label shipping?
Yes. We can ship in plain packaging with your documents and even use your return address for fully white-label fulfilment.
Can I request a sample pack before ordering?
Of course. Request a free sample pack and we’ll send transfers for cotton, blends, nylon and stretch so you can test on your press.
Is there support if I need help using the gang sheet builder?
Yes. Our team offers live onboarding sessions, recorded tutorials and in-app chat during business hours.
What happens if my courier delivery is delayed?
We track every parcel. If a delay occurs we chase the courier and can reprint if a project is time critical.
