Data we collect

• Contact details submitted via online forms, email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Artwork files uploaded for enquiries and orders.
• Order history, invoicing details and delivery addresses for customers and trade accounts.
• Website analytics captured through anonymised first-party cookies.

How we use your data

• To respond to enquiries and provide quotations.
• To produce, ship and invoice DTF orders.
• To maintain trade account records and service level agreements.
• To improve our website and production processes.

Our legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of contractual necessity, legitimate interests in operating our business and, where required, your consent.

We only share data with service partners essential to delivering your order (couriers, payment processors, IT providers). We never sell personal data.

Retention

Order information is retained for at least six years to meet accounting requirements. Artwork files are stored for up to 12 months for easy reprint unless you request earlier deletion.

Security

We secure systems with access controls, encryption where appropriate and staff training. Uploaded artwork is stored within the United Kingdom.
