Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

“We”, “us” and “our” refer to Prints Charming Fife Ltd trading as DTFdotScot. “You” refers to the customer or trade account holder purchasing DTF printing services.

2. Orders

Orders are confirmed when submitted through our online builder, via email confirmation or purchase order. Artwork must meet our published specs. We reserve the right to pause jobs that do not meet quality requirements.

3. Turnaround

Same day or next day production applies to approved artwork submitted within business hours. Force majeure events or courier disruption may affect delivery times, but we will communicate proactively.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Trade accounts receive agreed rates which are reviewed annually. Payment is due immediately unless credit terms are agreed in writing.

5. Artwork and intellectual property

You confirm you own or are authorised to use the artwork you submit. We hold artwork for reprints for up to 12 months. We do not reproduce or share artwork outside the purpose of fulfilling your instructions.

6. Quality and liability

We guarantee production defects will be reprinted or refunded. Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for indirect losses or garments damaged by incorrect application.

7. Trade accounts

Trade partners must keep contact information and VAT numbers up to date. SLAs are agreed individually and rely on timely artwork approval and payment.

8. Delivery

Risk passes to you when goods leave our facility. We use tracked services and provide tracking numbers. Inspect deliveries upon receipt and notify us of issues within two working days.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before printing. Once printing has started the full amount becomes payable.

10. Website use

Content on dtf.scot is provided for information. You must not misuse the site or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Scots law and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
