Follow these guidelines to guarantee same day or next day printing and lifelong performance on every garment.

- Design in RGB or CMYK – we convert to our calibrated DTF profile
- Spot colours should be named with Pantone references where available
- Avoid overprint settings unless specifically required
Resolution & detail
- 300 DPI at final size
- Minimum line thickness: 0.35 mm
- Minimum text height: 2.5 mm
- Keep raster artwork sharp with uncompressed PNG or PSD
Bleed & underbase
- Add 1 mm bleed on full-coverage graphics
- Use transparent backgrounds and let the builder create the cut line
- White underbase is automatic – adjust choke from 0 to 1 mm as needed
Knockouts
- Knockout garment colour where you want the fabric to show through
- Use vector masks for the cleanest edges
- Layer effects are flattened during RIP, so expand if you need precision
White ink handling
- Pure white (RGB 255,255,255) generates white ink
- Transparencies under 20% convert to a halftone for softer blends
- For glitter or foil top layers, speak to the team before ordering

Care instructions
- Wash inside out at up to 40°C for the longest life
- Avoid tumble drying on high heat – low or hang dry is best
- Do not iron directly on the transfer
- No harsh bleaching or dry cleaning solvents
